Inducción organizacional o entrenamiento operativo en las MiPyMEs de alojamiento turístico de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina (2011-2013)

Abstract

Este artículo tiene por objeto analizar el proceso de inducción en los cargos operativos en las MiPyMEs de alojamiento turístico de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Se desarrolla un estudio exploratorio-descriptivo con un enfoque analítico cualitativo, a partir de entrevistas realizadas a los gestores de recursos humanos de los establecimientos de alojamiento turístico. Se detallan cada uno de los pasos, procedimientos y características de la investigación. Entre los principales resultados se observa que, a pesar de que los gestores de recursos humanos declaran llevar adelante un proceso de inducción organizacional, en realidad lo que se realiza es un entrenamiento operativo en el puesto de trabajo. Se destaca que prima la informalidad en dicho proceso. El principal objetivo del mismo es facilitar el aprendizaje del nuevo empleado, y quien se encarga de llevarlo a cabo es, generalmente, un compañero de trabajo.
