Armonías y disonancias en la organización compleja y sustentable

Abstract

Hablar de la organización como un sistema es solo el marco introductorio para avanzar en el estudio de una realidad compleja que incluye rasgos de colaboración como también relaciones contradictorias. Tanto en el interior de las organizaciones, en sus objetivos, estructuras y procesos, como en su interacción con el contexto, la Gestión requiere decidir sobre las tensiones y ambivalencias que limitan, pero también movilizan al conjunto. En el presente trabajo, vamos a explorar la manera en que la Gestión avanza con procesos que otorgan cohesión a la organización, a pesar de las mencionadas brechas. La gestión tiene que trabajar ante procesos disonantes y su profesionalidad se demuestra en la forma en que las diferencias se toman como parte de una diversidad también necesaria.
