Perfiles presupuestarios del sistema universitario argentino

Abstract

El presente estudio aborda la cuestión del financiamiento a las universidades nacionales. El mismo se centra en el aspecto cuantitativo del gasto en educación superior, y analiza el comportamiento del presupuesto de las universidades públicas en los últimos años: sus principales fuentes y aplicaciones financieras, y la distribución del presupuesto hacia lo interno del sistema. Valiéndonos del análisis estadístico y herramientas de la matemática difusa, se hace un esfuerzo por encontrar reglas de comportamiento que permitan esclarecer cuales son los distintos perfiles presupuestarios de las universidades nacionales, y brevemente analizar el caso de la "Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata".
