Acceso abierto a la información académica y científica. El Portal Nülan de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata

Abstract

El movimiento acceso abierto es una iniciativa internacional en progresiva consolidación que aboga y promueve el acceso equitativo, libre y gratuito a los recursos digitales derivados de la producción académica y científica. Consecuente con los principios del movimiento acceso abierto y con los propósitos de la Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, el Centro de Documentación de la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Sociales lideró un proyecto de creación de un repositorio institucional de la producción intelectual de la unidad académica que culminó con el desarrollo de Nülan, Portal de Promoción y Difusión Pública del Conocimiento Académico y Científico. Se presenta su génesis, su conformación inicial, su participación en proyectos de difusión internacional y su uso e impacto global.
