Los procesos de desarrollo y profesionalización del management de las Pymes en el sur de Italia

Abstract

El presente trabajo es el resultado de un periodo de investigación y estudio en el ámbito de las pequeñas y medianas empresas en la ciudad de Bari, situada en la región Puglia en el sur de Italia. El objetivo primordial fue conocer, describir y comprender el funcionamiento del modelo gerencial de las PyMEs italianas. Se parte desde una revisión bibliográfica del tema del management local, con especial referencia a las dimensiones de la profesionalidad y desarrollo del manager, su caracterización y modelo de competencias profesionales. Se concluye con una visión sobre la realidad de las PyMEs italianas del sur y de las características distintivas de sus managers.
