Abstract

La evaluación científico-académica constituye actualmente un eje de debate en el campo de la educación superior, en el nivel internacional. Esta tendencia se asocia al surgimiento de una nueva ética en el campo de la educación superior, vinculada al desarrollo de la calidad, la eficiencia y el desempeño. Es posible observar una redefinición de las relaciones entre estado y gobierno, por un lado, y los sistemas de educación superior, por el otro: desde el sector público surge el estado evaluativo y en el sistema de educación superior aparece una ética competitiva como principal motor de desarrollo.
