La importancia de la generación de empleo como dinamizadora del desarrollo local en un centro turístico. Caso: San Carlos de Bariloche

Abstract

El presente trabajo es el resultado de la investigación realizada en San Carlos de Bariloche, principal centro turístico de la Norpatagonia, en el que se estudió como uno de los temas, el empleo en el sector turismo. El artículo expresa la importancia de considerar dentro de las políticas de desarrollo del fenómeno turístico, a la generación de empleos como alternativa para dinamizar la economía local. Tal concepción de desarrollo está sustentada en reivindicar la capacidad endógena de las comunidades locales y rescatar el rol fundamental del municipio, en articulación con el sector privado, como principal ejecutor de las políticas turísticas desde una perspectiva sistémica.
