Diagnóstico del estado de la investigación turística en las universidades argentinas

Abstract

La presente contribución constituye una primera aproximación al estudio de la investigación en turismo en las universidades argentinas; abordando la temática de los estudios turísticos, las disciplinas involucradas, el perfil de los investigadores. El objetivo del estudio es identificar, tipificar y analizar los trabajos de investigación en turismo producidos por las universidades, con formación académica en turismo, en la última década. Los resultados de la investigación demuestran que la producción científica turística de las universidades con formación en turismo es de disímiles características. Finalmente, se plantea la necesidad de una mejor sistematización documental en el área con el objeto de recuperar y preservar el conocimiento científico en turismo.
