Abstract

Mi propósito es conceptualizar qué es para nosotros, la Subsecretaría de Turismo de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, básicamente la actividad turística. Para nosotros es la posibilidad que tiene el hombre de trasladarse en el espacio y en el tiempo para conocer a otros hombres. Por eso cuando la gente viaja dice que va a ver cosas, ya sea atractivos turísticos o naturales, pero resulta que cuando vuelve de ese viaje lo que queda en su memoria tiene poco que ver con los atractivos turísticos o naturales y en cambio sí tiene que ver con la gente que conoció. Aquél que viajó y logró penetrar en ese espacio tan querido por el residente, volvió con un enriquecimiento totalmente distinto a aquel que viajó y lo único que hizo fue fotografiar o grabar lo que vio.
