Activación del patrimonio natural en Villa del Mar (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Propuesta de acondicionamiento de un sendero turístico-recreativo

Abstract

Villa del Mar se ubica al suroeste de la provincia de Buenos Aires (Argentina), sobre el sector noroeste del estuario de Bahía Blanca y a orillas de un humedal costero. Los habitantes de la localidad encuentran a este paisaje determinante de su identidad, por ello, la comunidad junto a diferentes actores locales están trabajando desde hace unos años en su puesta en valor. Actualmente, la villa posee un Sendero de Interpretación Ambiental (SIA) que es un medio educativo, recreativo y de gestión ambiental. En este artículo se plantea una propuesta para la adecuación de dicho sendero y se estima su capacidad de carga. Se espera que este acondicionamiento mejore su poder comunicacional, educativo y su atractividad.
