Desarrollo del turismo colaborativo en la ciudad de Bahía Blanca, Argentina

Abstract

El turismo colaborativo consiste en un fenómeno reciente, el cual prescinde de los clásicos intermediarios que suelen intervenir en la organización de un viaje y, además, promueve la aparición de nuevos prestadores de servicios turísticos. Las TICs permiten generar los contactos previos necesarios entre demandantes y oferentes para concretar acuerdos de contratación y uso de los mismos. El área de estudio corresponde a la ciudad de Bahía Blanca, posee una ubicación estratégica, al sudoeste de la provincia de Buenos Aires, y una amplia conectividad con otras regiones del país. Debido a la importancia que representa, se realiza una indagación y análisis sobre el desarrollo de este nuevo fenómeno en dicha localidad.
