La planificación estratégica como herramienta de concertación público-privada para el desarrollo turístico. El caso de Patagones

Abstract

El artículo presenta la metodología aplicada en la formulación del Plan de Desarrollo Turístico Sustentable en el Partido de Patagones, producto de más de diez años de reflexión académica e implementación práctica en distintos ámbitos. El territorio de trabajo aparece bien definido y está determinado por los límites jurídicos del Partido de Carmen de Patagones, en el sur de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Además se analizan factores regionales, esenciales para determinar las estrategias locales de desarrollo del sector. Existen interesantes particularidades en el distrito, por el cual lo hemos seleccionado como caso a trabajar.
