Abstract

In the constantly increasing competition in a globalized economy the role of innovation activity of entrepreneurs as basis of amendments is growing. Innovation of entrepreneurs in marketing contributes to the implementation of product policy. Continued development of new products and the search for new markets in the dynamically changing market conditions and intense competition appear to be essential characteristics of each business and economy which seek to expand their influence and leadership not only at the local or national but also at the global level. In this context, the evaluation of the innovation activity of entrepreneurial businesses is of paramount importance. Based on the results of an analysis of the state of innovation activities of entrepreneurial businesses in Bulgaria, the respective conclusions and recommendations are made.
