Features Of The Conflict Of Management Interests

Abstract

The conflict shows the negative side of human relations in the organization. Some authors seek to investigate the process of stress and tension in human behavior. In article we argue with thesis that conflict vary widely. These are defined by the action of human factors and confrontation in the management process. This required specifying the particulars of the conflict of management interests – phases flow and guidelines to combat it.
