Abstract

In the current conditions of constantly increasing competition and especially during periods of financial and economic crisis a factor of major importance is the analysis and evaluation of the competitive potential of the enterprise as a prerequisite for discover possibilities towards increasing its competitiveness and future development. The competitive potential of the enterprise is seen as its integrated potential. The analysis and evaluation of the competitive potential of the enterprise have as a goal to determine the exact evaluation of this potential. In this way an objective comparison can be made with the main competitors on the market with regards to the competitive potential and to be able to discover possibilities and reserves for its increase.
