Abstract

The macroeconomical and the institutional conditions have been analyzed, the formation of which is necessary about reaching sustainable economic dynamics. The described alternative types of macroeconomical dynamics, which can limit or, on the contrary, stimulate the science – technical progress. The offered criteria for an investment policy, the conducting of which is necessary for creating conditions for a transition of favourable type of microeconomic dynamics. The concept “Informational solvence of the market” has been introduced. It has been shown that the formation of institutional structures, providing it an informational solvency, appears to be one of the conditions for a transition to a favourable microdynamics.
