Forward - looking strategies requires accurate and sober assessment and analysis of the factors, conditions and environment under which it operates and the Bulgarian National Bank, in accordance with the commitments and agreements with the European Community. The presence of professionals in the management of Bulgarian National Bank guarantees a precise strategy for Bulgarian National Bank to be in line with the new realities. There is another view, according to which the significance of the institution Bulgarian National Bank requires its guidelines as found in any development strategy should be subject to extensive public consultation, any opinion I do not accept.
