Abstract

An analysis of measurement quality and its characteristics is fulfilled. It is emphasized on the actual problems in the regular calibration (checking) of measurement systems. Based on the given metrological reliability level the synthesis of a mathematical approache allowing to decide the optimization problem of volume and periodicity about the verifications with ptovision for parameters of the random process' changing of the measuring instruments error and accuracy of measurement standards, applicable to the metrological parameters determination of measuring instruments is proposed.
