The Ethics Code And Its Role In Creating The Company Culture

Abstract

The ethics behaviour in the companies needs management and the managers are those who have the power to manage it. The ethics in the company management have many functions in the organization. There are many ways and approaches in the understanding and accomplishing the organizational values. One of the key characterizations of the evolution of the management in the beginning of 21 century is the increasing attention toward the knowledge – company ethics and culture.
