Abstract

The problems of the labour organization, staff’s management and salaries are functionally connected activities, mutually determined. In practice, every discrepancy within them and presence of lack of accordance in each of them reduces in maximal degree the possibilities for reaching high economic results in the relevant company or organization. That becomes notably actual during time of our national economic’s transition to market’s requirements where new mechanisms impose totally new forms and instruments for Bulgarian companies and institutions. The main goal of the present research is to make comparison and draw a parallel between these three fundamental activities in the modern firms and establishments in most general way. Therefore the author’s efforts are directed to presentation of the leading practices for forming salaries using illustration of the most widely used systems, built and formed on the background of applied up-to-date organizations and systems for personnel’s management.
