Abstract

The article discusses the family business in the model of family economy on the example of domestic and foreign experience. Examines the functions and types of family businesses, given the stage of the life cycle and characteristics of family business management. Focuses on the prospects and problems of economic and legal status of "family business" in Russia and Bulgaria.
