Intégration régionale européenne et commerce intra-branche Comparaison des PECO et des PPM

Abstract

Cet article propose une analyse empirique du commerce intra-branche de l’UE-15 avec dix pays d’Europe centrale et orientale (PECO-10 : Bulgarie, République tchèque, Estonie, Hongrie, Lettonie, Lituanie, Pologne, Roumanie, Slovaquie et Slovénie) et cinq Pays partenaires méditerranéens (PPM-5 : Algérie, Égypte, Maroc, Tunisie et Turquie) durant la période 1989–2004. Les similitudes, les différences et la compétitivité sectorielle des relations commerciales de ces deux régions sont analysées à l’aide des indices de Grubel-Lloyd et de Greenaway-Hine-Milner. Ce dernier permet également de déduire l’impact qu’ont sur elles les processus de libéralisation et d’élargissement de l’Union européenne.
