Enjeux mémoriels et développement local dans les régions frontalières de Bohême

Abstract

Fruit de recherches sur le terrain menées en 2006 et 2007 dans la région de la Šumava au sud de la Bohême, l’analyse se focalise sur la frontière germanotchèque pour tenter de déterminer la place du passé dans les politiques transfrontalières de développement local. Issue d’une histoire conflictuelle, les traces matérielles du passé deviennent ici, dans le contexte de l’élargissement de l’Union européenne et de l’effacement des frontières, une ressource du développement socioéconomique en milieu rural, mobilisée par un projet original de coopération transfrontalière à l’échelle intercommunale. La contribution analyse les jeux d’acteurs qui conduisent à la réécriture de la mémoire des lieux dans le cadre de la réalisation du projet commun de valorisation du patrimoine rural.
