Le développement territorial et les systèmes complexes : proposition d’un cadre analytique

Abstract

La diversité et l’imprévisibilité des trajectoires et des gouvernements des territoires peuvent être appréhendées par une approche fondée sur les principes de l’analyse des systèmes complexes. L’approche proposée se base sur les apports de l’économie territoriale et de l’analyse de l’action publique locale et reconstitue quatre dynamiques propres au développement territorial : la coordination d’acteurs, la mise en œuvre d’un projet, la structuration spatiale et la création de régulation. L’exemple de l’Eurométropole transfrontalière Lille-Kortrijk-Tournai illustre la démarche analytique proposée.
