Abstract

Replying to: T.-T. Sun, S. C. Tseng & R. M. Lavker Nature 463, 10.1038/nature08805 (2010) Our claim is not that there are no stem cells in the limbus, but that there is more to corneal renewal than the limbus and that the double-dome-shaped structure of the cornea and physical constraints have a crucial impact on cell dynamics https://www.nature.com/articles/nature08805 1.
