Russia's invasion of Ukraine violates international law and UN rules, undermining global geopolitical security and stability to an unprecedented extent. Therefore, the collaboration and cooperation between NATO and the EU must be stronger than ever in order to succeed in overcoming all the obstacles to democracy and human rights. An important dimension for the NATO-EU partnership to achieve its objectives is collaboration and cooperation in intelligence, and the main element is the formation of a center of excellence in intelligence analysis in Bucharest, Romania having an extremely important role in the supervision and defense of the eastern flank of NATO. By collaboration we refer to the initiation and development of specific actions aimed at obtaining, verifying and capitalizing on information and information products, while cooperation implies the organization, coordination, support and joint realization of specific actions by the structures of the information community. Punctually, through a collaboration and cooperation between all the intelligence structures of the member states under the same strategic umbrella, the NATO-EU alliance could come up with a much faster joint response to the actions of terrorism, disinformation and destabilization of unfriendly states, succeeding so that the desired becomes a reality - a world in which peace and freedom prevaill.
