Abstract

The article aims to develop the future perspectives of special powers from a scientific perspective focusing on the profiles of public relevance. In particular, the essay deals with the legal nature of golden powers and the application of the principles of administrative action. On a concrete level, it deals specifically with the field of 5G telecommunications and cybersecurity, which is a relevant area for concluding considerations.
