Abstract

The aim of the Molteni Museum in Giussano (MB, Italy) is to preserve the Group's historic memory, and to promote cultural initiatives that will further consolidate the company's image at every level - strategic, commercial, cultural and institutional - managing the historic archive as a source of inspiration for creating new products and re-editions. In order to spread design culture, the Museum produces design, architecture and photographic exhibitions, in Italy and abroad, using publishing and multimedia tools, and especially the language of cinema, to engage with the many local and international communities that enjoy relations with the Company. In addition to the Archive and the Museum, the Industrial Compound features two installations, the QallaM multimedia space and the Glass Cube.
