Abstract

After providing discourse about the relationship between tangible and intangible cultural heritage, the paper deals with the concept of cultural diversity in terms of cultural policies. Issues like inter-institutional cooperation and intercultural dialogue are discussed starting from the experience of the HOLOGRAMME project, a Tuniso-Sicilian cross-border cultural programme funded by the European Community within the framework of the 2007-2013 European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI).
