Abstract

Talking about mobility means basically talking about the circulation of people and ideas. It is clear that it is a wide subject, inclusive of personal displacements as well as migration events involving huge parts of populations; it can refer to national or international relocation, but also to sharing ideas and having virtual exchanges. Moreover, nowadays mobility is strategic regarding the critical relationship between Europe and the South Shore of the Mediterranean and it is a key point and an essential premise related to dialogue and creativity to which is aimed the BJCEM activity.
