Abstract

L’articolo analizza le politiche di regolamentazione in materia di accesso al mercato dei capitali da parte delle Piccole e medie imprese con particolare riferimento alle opportunità offerte dalle piattaforme telematiche. Per essere realmente efficaci nel favorire la crescita dimensionale delle imprese, tali politiche si devono innestare in un più generale disegno di politica industriale che consideri i diversi fattori che possono incidere sulla propensione delle imprese a quotarsi.
