Abstract

Il presente contributo indaga come le recenti politiche europee volte a favorire le transizioni economiche stiano contribuendo a «ridisegnare» la normativa e la prassi in materia di aiuti di Stato, «funzionalizzandole» al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di transizione digitale, ecologica e finanche sociale. Di questo approccio emergente si indagano prospettive e limiti, concludendo che non sembra esservi radicale incompatibilità tra il perseguimento delle transizioni economiche attraverso la «nuova» politica industriale europea e l’applicazione delle regole concorrenziali.
