Abstract

The quantity of hidden economy in Spain repeats years through year. Besides this, the function and the ways to hidden economy have been changing on the last periods of time. At the beginning the hidden economy was the way for many workers and employers to incorporate to the labor activities and the industry culture. Today, instead of what we have said, it is only a structured way to be able to survive with it; the hidden economy today is the only way of work and it is an aim in itself for many people, and it is the youngest people and women who depends on it the most. Another of the significant changes that we can observe is the backwards process that it has produced, on both, social and productive fields. This way it is important to mention the exploitation inside the exploitation, which is produced by the same hidden workers and the series of hiring without end that follow/keep happening on the chain of production of the different companies.
