Abstract

Tijuana, Baja California, es reconocida como una de las Ciudades del País que brinda bastas oportunidades laborales, al conjuntarse diversos factores, entre los que se puede mencionar la alta oferta de trabajo por parte de la industria maquiladora, pero especialmente en este ramo se observa que la permanencia del empleado en el trabajo sea muy volátil. La presente investigación es motivada para identificar aquellos elementos que pudieran influir en el empleado para a permanecer en su trabajo, eliminando la necesidad de buscar nuevos horizontes.
