El Impacto de las Capacidades Generales y de Emprendimiento en el Valor de las Ventas de Mipymes Michoacanas

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación analiza los resultados de la Encuesta Nacional de Productividad y Competitividad (ENAPROCE) realizada en el año 2015 con el motivo de aportar evidencia empírica a favor del impacto de las capacidades generales y de emprendimiento en las ventas reportadas por las Mipymes encuestadas en dicho instrumento mediante un análisis de los datos recolectados y se realiza una regresión lineal con mínimos cuadrados ordinarios. Se concluye que la implementación de procesos solución ante problemas de producción, el monitoreo de indicadores, el manejo de objetivos de producción por la alta dirección, así como la capacidad y desempeño personal son aspectos relevantes y significativos para el nivel de ventas, y por ello propone considerar dichos elementos para fortalecer programas de fomento empresarial del gobierno michoacano.
