Modelo La Influencia de la Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro en el Desempeño de la Pyme Manufacturera en Aguascalientes

Abstract

En la presente investigación se muestran resultados del trabajo de campo realizado con empresas Pyme manufactureras a las cuales se les aplico un instrumento de medición dirigido a gerentes para conocer su percepción sobre la eficiencia de la Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro y el desempeño delas organizaciones. El estudio se realizó con una muestra de 288 empresas de Aguascalientes, México con un enfoque cuantitativo cuyo diseño metodológico refiere un análisis descriptivo y correlacional mediante un análisis de ecuaciones estructurales con el apoyo del software EQS versión 6.1. Los resultados muestran que la GCS tiene un impacto positivo en el desempeño de las empresas siempre y cuando como principales elementos de control esten las entregas a tiempo y que la comunicación entre comprador y proveedor sea estrecha y efectiva.
