Situación del Mercado Laboral de los Egresados de la Universidad Autónoma del Carmen

Abstract

El Programa de Seguimiento de Egresado para los egresados de la Licenciatura en Contaduría, proporciona información relativa a los factores que facilitan o en su caso dificultan la inserción de los egresados en el mercado laboral de Ciudad del Carmen. El resultado indica un porcentaje alto de mujeres que cursa esta Licenciatura. Igualmente que la experiencia laboral es el factor detonante para su contratación por parte de la empresa. Las relaciones entre el sector empresarial y universidad deben de reforzarse principalmente. Estos resultados han derivado en mejoras al Programa de Contaduría.
