Abstract

El objetivo principal de la investigación es conocer la manera en que las empresas administran sus recursos y capacidades intangibles y llegan a ser organizaciones que aprenden. La presente investigación permitirá conocer el fenómeno del aprendizaje organizacional, en particular en empresas turísticas de la localidad de Morelia, Michoacán. Este estudio parte desde una perspectiva de tipo cualitativa. Se cumplió con el objetivo central, se determinó la contribución del capital intelectual en el aprendizaje organizacional de las empresas turísticas en Morelia. Se puede establecer que el capital intelectual sí contribuye en el aprendizaje organizacional de las empresas del sector turístico de Morelia Michoacán. Con los hallazgos de la investigación se pretende generar conocimiento para dichas empresas y contribuir de manera significativa en sus procesos de aprendizaje organizacional. En el futuro, la presente investigación puede ser ampliada a una muestra mayor y a otros sector con la finalidad de contribuir en la generación de conocimiento.
