Acoso Laboral, Renuncia Psicológica y Manifestaciones Psicosomáticas en Empleados de una Procesadora de Frijol

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar la relación existente entre Acoso laboral y Renuncia Psicológica como determinantes de la aparición de síntomas psicosomáticos en el trabajador. Mediante el modelo propuesto de Acoso laboral en una muestra no probabilística de 125 empleados de una planta procesadora de frijol. Los resultados confirman la relación directa entre Acoso laboral y Renuncia Psicológica; así como entre Renuncia Psicológica y trastornos psicosomáticos (gastrointestinales y de sueño). De igual modo, el modelo y sus trayectorias son confirmados mediante un análisis LISREL, Acoso laboral es antecedente de renuncia psicológica y renuncia psicológica lo es de trastornos psicosomáticos.
