Abstract

Este estudio es de carácter cuantitativo y enfoque descriptivo, tiene por objetivo: analizar cuál es la opinión de los egresados sobre la pertinencia del programa educativo de la licenciatura en administración de empresas (LAE) de la Facultad de Ingeniería y Negocios Tecate, perteneciente a la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC). Los resultados reflejan que la administración financiera y la gestión de la calidad son áreas que requieren de mayor fortalecimiento, así como los conocimientos especializados y el dominio de otros idiomas. En conclusión, la opinión de los egresados es que la coincidencia de los conocimientos adquiridos con su desempeño profesional, solo coincide medianamente; las asignaturas optativas son buenas o excelentes sin embargo todas tienen una oportunidad de mejora, por lo cual se requiere incrementar la pertinencia del programa educativo.
