Abstract

Zonas Económicas Especiales (ZEE ́S) en México: Condición Financiera de los Municipios Receptores (2015) presenta en análisis las generalidades de las Zonas Económicas Especiales (ZEE) en el mundo, el reciente impulso en México desde la perspectiva de la Política Económica Federal, haciendo un énfasis especial en las situaciones que se presentan en las Finanzas Públicas Municipales que albergaran dichas zonas. El enfoque del texto es teórico-descriptivo, ya que parte de elementos teóricos, la experiencia internacional y el marco jurídico para México en la materia, para desembocar en la descripción de las condiciones de los ingresos y gastos públicos de los Gobiernos Locales, en el año 2015, en los que se declarará Zona Económica Especial, evidenciando la debilidad de las finanzas públicas de los gobiernos locales en los que se establecerán las multicitadas ZEE ́s.
