Comportamiento Organizacional Ciudadano o Buen Compañero de Trabajo: Antecedente y Consecuencias

Abstract

Con el objetivo de probar un modelo de Comportamiento Organizacional Ciudadano (COC), se llevá a cabo un estudio cuantitativo a fin de determinar si Satisfacción en el Trabajo es antecedente y si Renuncia Psicológica y Bienestar Emocional son consecuencias del COC, con una muestra de 227 empleados que trabajan para seis organizaciones diferentes. Mediante la aplicación de cuestionarios y un análisis de modelamiento de ecuaciones estructurales LISREL, se comprobó la validez del modelo teórico. Las personas satisfechas con su trabajo responden favorablemente como buenos compañeros de trabajo, y en consecuencia no evitan el trabajo y reportan un nivel superior de salud y bienestar.
