Abstract

El 30 de noviembre de 2012 se publicó en el diario oficial de la federación la reforma a la ley, en la cual se establecen las siguientes formas de contratacióncomo son: el contrato a prueba, el contrato de capacitación inicial, contrato por temporada (indeterminada para labores discontinuas), siendo novedosas ylas mismas a dos años de su publicación siguen siendo desconocidas por la mayoría de los mexicanos aún para aquellos que se encuentranbuscando su inclusión en el mundo laboral.
