Estudio Bibliométrico del Desarrollo Regional en México

Abstract

El propósito de este documento es identificar las tendencias más importantes y distintivas de la producción académica internacional y México sobre desarrollo regional, a partir de los registros bibliográficos indizados en SCOPUS entre 1912y el año de 2014. Para ello, se emplean indicadores bibliométricos descriptivos y los Indices H,G, R y A, para los 96,657 registros encontrados sobre el tema. Se evidencia una concentración geográfica amplia en cuanto a la filiación institucional de los autores y al idioma de publicación, no obstante, con respecto a las publicaciones en las cuales se difunden los trabajos no fue posible establecer ninguna centralización. Igualmente, se determinó que más del 50% de los trabajos realizados entre 1912y el año de 2014no ha tenidoningún impacto en la producción académica posterior.
