Gestión administrativa en hospitales públicos de Cundinamarca- Colombia Patterns in Neighboring Areas:Colombia

Abstract

"La gestión administrativa dentro de los hospitales públicos en Cundinamarca, es importante no solo para evitar un detrimento patrimonial por malas gestiones, sino además por las implicaciones que conlleva su objeto social, en el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de la población. El objetivo del presente documento es verificar la gestión administrativa de los hospitales E.S.E (entidades sociales del estado) de Cundinamarca, y resaltar que dicha gestión afecta positiva o negativamente la calidad de vida de los usuarios. Para tal efecto, se realizó una revisión de los informes de auditoría de las E.S.E hospitales de Cundinamarca, reportados por la contraloría del departamento. La muestra es equivalente al universo que suman 54 informes de auditoría verificados. Tras la revisión efectuada se concluye que la gestión administrativa de la mayoría de los hospitales de Cundinamarca presenta observaciones, lo cual podría afectar la calidad de vida de la población."
