Abstract

Ninguna organización estaba preparada para afrontar una situación de crisis generada por la pandemia del coronavirus, pero una característica de un buen líder es ser capaz de reaccionar frente a la incertidumbre y lo inesperado. Esta crisis requiere respuestas inmediatas de las empresas no solo para sobrevivir a la situación, sino especialmente para tomar decisiones que no afecten la perdurabilidad de mediano y largo plazo. A las decisiones de carácter técnico y financiero se agregan aquellas que tienen que ver con las personas, es así como la gestión de lo humano se convierte en una gran oportunidad para superar la crisis y salir fortalecidos de ella. A ello apuntan estas reflexiones.
