Abstract

The article deals with the problems of competitiveness of the public sector in the New economy and the problems that the New economy creates for the public sector. It should be noted that the public sector needs to adapt to fundamentally new challenges and achieve the expected high efficiency. Some of these problems can be solved by optimizing processes based on information technology, including within the e-government.
