Abstract

Analysis of rural tourism cluster of the Omsk region has shown that the general vector of development of the territory should become a European model of agro-tourism in the form of a small family hotel business. Using the resources of households as accommodation facilities will allow a greater reliance on local communities directly concerned, not only to make profit, but in an integrated, sustainable development of rural areas.
