Abstract

This article is devoted to the development of innovative climate and foster innovation in the European Union and Russia. The article examines the obstacles to transition to innovative economic growth in Slovakia and highlighted promising areas of formation in this country own innovation cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises. One such area is called the activation of youth entrepreneurship. Later in the article we study the Russian business environment, and justified the need to implement similar measures to encourage innovative growth of the Russian economy. The paper shows the main areas to stimulate youth innovative business that will create a positive environment for the identification, development and promotion of successful business ideas of young people, and the associated surge in innovation economy.
