Abstract

The article describes some approaches to evaluating the company's competitive ability in the New Economy in terms of building an effective competitive strategy. The types of competition (functional, species, subject), aspects of the analysis of external factors of competitive ability using model of M. Porter, the model of pentagram, the problem of constructing positional mapping and the method of "constructing the contrary" analyzed in the article.
